Private Coaching

I am available for house-visits across West London as well as at W6 Gym.

 

1-2-1, couples’, group and family sessions are all possible! I have trained children as young as seven in agility, flexibility, endurance and yoga, and helped people in their 70s to improve their strength and mobility.

 All ages and abilities are welcome!

  • Do you offer taster sessions?
    Yes! Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation/taster. We'll discuss your goals, expectations and any concerns you may have, before sampling a few exercises and assessing your movement and strength. Whether you're totally new to working out or you have many years of experience, we'll use this session to make sure that I'm the right coach for you!
  • Do you guarantee results?
    Yes, I do, but it's up to you to put in the work and to stay consistent! The effects of working out can be felt immediately, and can be seen after just a few weeks. But real transformations take many months and even years. There is no 'get-fit-quick' scheme. That said, getting fit, strong and flexible needn't be difficult: commitment and consistency are the key ingredients to building the body you want!
  • Do you offer nutrition plans?
    No, I do not provide meal plans or offer official nutritional advice. That said, I will help you gain a sound understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition, including the importance of macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbs) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), whether or not you should be counting calories, etc. Having a basic understanding of your food is essential for seeing those all-important 'gainz' and shedding any unwanted pounds while staying energised!
