My Approach
I believe in building tailored programmes that you'll enjoy and that will keep you inspired every time you train. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither are buttery-smooth hips!
I combine the principles of mobility and strength training with Yoga and sports massage
to get you to the body you deserve.

Mobility
As kids, we would run, jump, squat and roll around effortlessly. The only reason we can’t anymore is because one day we stopped doing it! Move it or lose it, as they say. Together, we can reintroduce your joints and muscles to greater ranges of motion and get you moving like you did all those years ago.

Yoga
Breathe in… and breathe out… Yoga is so much more than exercise. It teaches us to connect the mind and the body, to control our breathing, and to live a healthier, happier life.

Strength
Arguably the most important type of exercise, strength training his will protect your muscles, bones and other tissues from age-related decline, and give you the ability to deal with everyday situations without the fear of injury. (Like carrying groceries, moving furniture and throwing your kids into the air!)

Massage
The benefits of massage have been known for thousands of years. There are even records of massage in Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs! Whether you need relief from pain and soreness, want to increase your range of motion or just need to unwind after a long week, massage might be the key to living in greater comfort.

Do you offer taster sessions?Yes! Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation/taster. We'll discuss your goals, expectations and any concerns you may have, before sampling a few exercises and assessing your movement and strength. Whether you're totally new to working out or you have many years of experience, we'll use this session to make sure that I'm the right coach for you!

Do you guarantee results?Yes, I do, but it's up to you to put in the work and to stay consistent! The effects of working out can be felt immediately, and can be seen after just a few weeks. But real transformations take many months and even years. There is no 'get-fit-quick' scheme. That said, getting fit, strong and flexible needn't be difficult: commitment and consistency are the key ingredients to building the body you want!

Do you offer nutrition plans?No, I do not provide meal plans or offer official nutritional advice. That said, I will help you gain a sound understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition, including the importance of macronutrients (fats, proteins, carbs) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), whether or not you should be counting calories, etc. Having a basic understanding of your food is essential for seeing those all-important 'gainz' and shedding any unwanted pounds while staying energised!
